Joe Moore

After attending culinary school in Rhode Island, Kowalski's Specialty Cheese Director Joe Moore moved to New York City to continue pursuing his passion for food within the restaurant industry. Upon his return to Minnesota, he was presented with an opportunity to work in specialty food sales, where his love for cheese truly blossomed. Joe works diligently with vendors to ensure that we are offering a wide array of both imported and domestic cheeses. He enjoys spending time with all their Cheese Specialists to ensure that their customers can experience and appreciate a piece of this art.
