Tom Beauchamp

Tom has worked with and for family-owned businesses in California, Washington, D.C., and Minnesota, so his transition to Kowalski's was a natural one. Tom received his bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University and is a CPA. He spent the first part of his career working for a public accounting firm advising fast-growing companies on business, accounting and tax matters. Then after working as a CFO with experience in financing, strategic planning and business development, Tom joined Kowalski's in 2012. With a passion for business growth, Tom enjoys the opportunities and challenges that come with being a market-leading retailer.
