Karmit Sheth is the Head Legal and Secretarial at KP Energy Ltd., with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal compliance. Prior to this, Karmit worked at Better Career Management - India as a Faculty Member specializing in IELTS coaching and fluency development. Karmit's background includes a Bachelor's Degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Gujarat University, along with a Company Secretary qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Karmit also has experience as a Management Trainee at KP BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED, where responsibilities included statutory record keeping, company filings, share management, and liaising with regulatory authorities.
