Michał Gumiela

Michał Gumiela has extensive experience in systems engineering and electronics, currently serving as the Head of Systems Engineering and Mission Analysis at KP Labs since July 2019. Notable projects include Intuition-1, a hyperspectral satellite featuring AI-based data processing, and contributions to various space applications. Previous roles encompass systems engineer for the Intuition-1 satellite, electronics engineer, and workshop leader at the Copernicus Science Centre, where Michał facilitates educational workshops on satellite design for teachers. Early experience includes trainee positions at the Space Research Centre and The Institute of Physics, alongside multiple roles coordinating and leading workshops for the Polish Children's Fund. Michał holds a Master's degree from Warsaw University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from AGH University of Krakow in Electronics and Telecommunications.
