Gavin Smitham is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Currently serving as the Lead Engineer at KP Snacks since March 2022, Gavin previously held the position of Engineering Team Lead at ANGLO BEEF PROCESSORS UK from October 2018 to May 2022. Prior to that role, Gavin worked as a Multiskilled Engineer at Forza Foods from September 2017 to October 2018, gaining valuable expertise in various engineering functions.
