Heather McVicar Fcipd

Heather McVicar FCIPD currently serves as the Human Resources Lead at KP Snacks since June 2020. With over 25 years of HR expertise, Heather founded and directed Sheer HR Limited, providing consultancy services focused on business change, diversity and inclusion, leadership, and culture change. Additional consultancy roles included positions at The Clear Company, Rencai Group, and Together-HR Limited, where Heather supported organizations in enhancing their employee engagement and understanding company culture. Prior experience at Rolls-Royce involved key positions such as Global HR Change Consultant, where Heather developed strategies for diversity and inclusion, and Senior Operations Manager of the HR Shared Service Centre, managing employee lifecycle activities. Heather holds a Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources from the University of Strathclyde.
