Neal Arnold

Neal Arnold has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as the Head of Value Creation at KP Snacks since July 2020. In addition, Neal has been the Director at Earth Friend Limited since December 2014, where the focus is on delivering management solutions for optimizing commercial investment returns. Previous roles include Finance Manager at Nestle S.A. from December 2006 to March 2013, and Contract Finance Manager for various companies including Chep and Sony Entertainment Europe from June 2000 to December 2006. In the mid-2010s, Neal gained diverse experiences in various roles across multiple countries. Neal began a career in finance with a senior audit position at BDO South Africa from January 1995 to December 1999 and holds a B.Compt degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Africa.
