Sam Brookss

Sam Brookss is an experienced L&D Manager at KP Snacks, responsible for developing and delivering the Site’s E&T strategy while ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of training records and skills matrices. Prior roles include Labour Resource and Training Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the creation of training plans and labor tracking, as well as ensuring legal compliance. Previous experience at United Biscuits as a Process Manager highlighted expertise in health, safety, and welfare oversight, quality improvement, and operational cost reduction. Education includes attendance at King George V in Hong Kong and Ockbrook Moravian Girls School.
