Mike previously held positions as Assistant Director of Public Works/City Engineer at the City of Temple, TX and Manager of Localized Flood Hazard Mitigation at the City of Austin. Mike graduated with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
