Matilda Bjerndell

Matilda Bjerndell is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Risk Manager at KPA Pension since September 2021, Matilda previously held the position of Senior Consultant at Willis Towers Watson, focusing on Enterprise Risk Management and Supply Chain Risk Analysis. As CEO of Wellify AB and Founder and CEO of BLOKKA AB, Matilda developed initiatives addressing mental health in the workspace and innovative play for children, respectively. Prior roles include Group Risk Manager at MTG Sverige, Risk Manager at Svenska Spel, and various consultancy positions at Marsh and WSP. Matilda holds a Master’s degree in Risk Management from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University and further education in economy, leadership, psychology, and engineering from UC Santa Barbara and Lund University.
