Mikael Brander is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience working with top management teams, currently serving as CEO of Bioss Sweden AB since 2009 and International Partner on the Bioss International Board. Mikael's expertise encompasses the development of management teams, leader development, strategy formulation, and facilitation of complex change processes, in addition to advising CEOs and Boards of Directors across various organizations, including Aviolinx, TUI Dx, KPA Pension, Menigo Foodservice AB, and Cancerfonden, among others. Educational credentials include a BA in Business Administration from Växjö University, training at Eckerd College, completion of the Swedish Infantry Officer Candidate School, and several advanced leadership courses from Harvard Business School Online and the Global Team Coaching Institute, including accreditations in systemic and executive team coaching.
