Adam Crowell

Adam Crowell currently serves as the Vice President of Legal & Compliance, as well as Vice President of Legal and Corporate Development at KPA since November 2023. Prior to this role, Adam was the President & General Counsel at ComplyNet from April 2018 to November 2023. Adam also held the position of General Counsel & Vice President of Legal & Strategic Affairs at Columbus Fair Auto Auction from December 2017 to November 2019, and served as General Counsel at PDM, LLC from December 2014 to December 2017. Early in the career, Adam was the Managing Attorney for the Auto Dealer Practice Group at Cooper & Elliott from August 2010 to December 2014 and worked as a Judicial Staff Attorney at Franklin County Court of Common Pleas from October 2007 to August 2010. Additionally, Adam was an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at the Franklin County Prosecutor's Office from April 2003 to October 2007. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Religion from Denison University and a Doctor of Law from Capital University Law School.
