Dave Biener

Dave Biener is an experienced professional in client success and technical support operations, currently serving as the Client Success Operations Manager at KPA since September 2019, where the focus is on implementing technical solutions to enhance efficiencies. Prior to this, Dave held the position of Sr. Manager of Customer Support at Envysion, Inc., building a support team from 12 to 40 members to accommodate growth.
