Azuree M. currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at KPC Health, a position held since February 2016, where strategic counsel on organizational effectiveness and change management is provided as a key member of the Executive team. Azuree M. oversees Director-level employees across vital HR functions including talent acquisition and labor relations. Prior experience includes the role of Executive Human Resources Director at KPC Health, enhancing HR operations across the entire health system, and Human Resources Director at Mental Health Systems, delivering leadership in accordance with policies and standards. Earlier experience as Human Resources & Training Manager at ResCare included significant achievements in employee retention and transforming HR functions from reactive to proactive. Azuree M. holds a BA in Political Science from Fisk University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Vanderbilt University.
