Lou Phelps

Lou Phelps has extensive experience in the media and business industry. Lou has founded and held various leadership positions in multiple companies, including Coastal Empire News where they served as the President and Publisher. Lou Phelps has also served as the CEO of KPC Media Group Inc., the Chief Executive Officer of Phelps Cutler & Associates, and the Managing Partner of Phelps Cutler & Associates - Absolute Marketing Georgia, LLC. Additionally, they have worked as a Managing Principal at Phelps, Cutler & Associates, Media Consultants. Lou Phelps has also been involved in the launch and management of news and advertising websites through their role as Founding Partner at Community Daily News, LLC. Lou has provided consulting services and held the position of Acting Group Publisher at Ohio Community Media, LLC. Lou Phelps has also worked as a Consultant at Isis Ventures Partners and Tribune Media Company. Prior to their various leadership roles, they served as Vice President/Advertising at Lawyers Weekly and as the Circulation Manager and Director of Sales at Beacon Communications.

Lou Phelps attended Purdue University from 1967 to 1969, where they studied Business and Political Science. Lou also attended Harvard University Extension for an unspecified period. At a later point, they returned to Purdue University to study Economics.
