John Hooper

John Hooper, AIA, is an accomplished Associate Principal at KPF since January 2018, contributing to notable projects such as the Mass Timber Office in Dallas, the Supertall Office Tower in Chengdu, and the T. Rowe Price Headquarters in Baltimore. As Principal and Cofounder of SALT Design Co. since October 2015, John leads a comprehensive design approach across various projects, covering master planning to custom furniture design. John's academic experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at Parsons School of Design from July 2017 to April 2020, teaching courses in drawing interiors and basic drafting. Previously, John held roles as Project Manager and Architect at Architecture Plus Information, Caliper Studio, and served as a Research Assistant at Columbia University, contributing to significant architectural projects and research initiatives. John earned a Master of Architecture from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati.
