Managing Principal at KPFF Consulting Engineers

Scott is the Reporting Center Manager for Special Projects and has been with KPFF since he started his career in 1997. Scott has provided structural engineering design and project management services on a wide variety of project types including waterfront structures, large retaining structures, bridges, fish passage facilities and hatcheries, floating structures, parks and trails, and industrial facilities in both the public and private sectors. He’s served in various roles ranging from Prime Project Manager to specialty consultant and is frequently engaged in highly unique designs that are intended to be built in challenging conditions. He has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to work with diverse groups of consultants, owners, and contractors to develop pragmatic and cost-effective solutions to complex problems. Scott is also an ACOPNE Board Certified Diplomate of Port Engineering. The ACOPNE Board recognizes engineers who have an advanced degree of knowledge and expertise in the specialized fields of coastal, ocean, port and navigation engineering. A Diplomate is considered one of the highest designations in the field, with less than 200 engineers achieving the status of Diplomate within the Academy.
