Sai Teja

Sai Teja has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Starting in 2015, Sai Teja worked as the Operations & Resource Management Head at Aaruush, SRM University. From 2016 to 2017, they held the position of Resource Executive at eFocus Informatix Pvt Ltd, where they demonstrated strong recruiting skills and built effective partnerships. Sai Teja then joined Softcrylic as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2017 to 2018, responsible for full life-cycle recruitment and innovative recruiting techniques. They later worked at Infinite Computing Systems from 2018 to 2020, initially as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist and subsequently as the Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, Sai Teja excelled in coordinating and performing multiple projects simultaneously, tracking metrics, and presenting reports. Currently, Sai Teja holds the position of Lead Technical Recruiter at KPI Partners, starting in 2022.

Sai Teja attended SRM University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
