Ashwin Upadhyaya has over two decades of experience in quality management and operations, with a strong background in Six Sigma and ISO certification processes. Ashwin commenced a career as a Management Representative at Gnat Foundry Pvt. Ltd, achieving ISO 9002:1994 certification, and subsequently held various quality and managerial roles at companies such as Globaledge Software Limited and Nuntius Systems India Pvt. Ltd. As a Six Sigma Coach at 3M India, Ashwin provided coaching and support for project improvement initiatives across India and Sri Lanka. Positions at KPIT included Associate Vice President of Operations, Senior Director of Operations, and Country Manager for Revolo Ecosystems Development. Education credentials include an MBA in Operations Research from ICFAI University. Currently, Ashwin serves as Global Head of Workforce Management and Total Quality Management at Tata Technologies.
