Sophia Suo

Sophia Suo is a highly experienced professional in the automotive and electrification sectors, currently serving as the Vice President of Electrification and Client Solution Partner at KPIT since April 2016. In this role, Sophia leads engineering services and technology solutions for electrified powertrains, collaborating with global automotive and eMobility OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Prior to KPIT, Sophia held key positions at Delta Electronics and Lear Corporation, managing software and system development for automotive power electronics and body control systems, respectively. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Visteon Corporation, focusing on climate control systems and driveline technologies, and early work at Eaton Corporation in control systems engineering. Sophia holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tianjin University and a Master of Science in Control System Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
