Iman Mustafa

Iman Mustafa has extensive experience in culture, branding, and change management, currently serving as the Deputy General Manager at KPJ Healthcare Bhd since October 2022, with previous roles including Senior Manager of Internal Communications and Change Management Manager. Prior experience includes a position at UMW Toyota Motor Sdn. Bhd. as Culture & Product Communication Manager, where a fundamental principle of "Happiness Drives Performance" was emphasized while developing partnerships and frameworks aligned with leadership strategies. Earlier roles at Astro included managing campaign portfolios and coordinating content for TV projects, as well as experience in radio and customer service at Media Prima Berhad and UOB, respectively. Iman holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the International Islamic University Malaysia.
