Pavithra Saraswathy

Pavithra Saraswathy currently serves as the Head of Human Resource Services at KPJ Healthcare Bhd, overseeing a full spectrum of human resource management, including HR strategic and operational functions. In addition, Pavithra holds positions as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at both PPC Process Psychology Center and Next Chapter, specializing in areas such as anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. As a Human Resource Business Partner at ELDAPT Instructure, Pavithra focuses on HR strategic and organizational development. Previous experience includes roles at Partners in Counseling and Tropicana Corporation Berhad, emphasizing various facets of human resource management and mental health counseling. Pavithra earned a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Open University Malaysia, as well as a High School Diploma in Business Administration from SEGi University & Colleges.
