Nicole Jude McIpd

Nicole Jude MCIPD is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of People at Kpler since September 2025, Nicole previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Diligent from April 2023 to August 2025. Prior to that, Nicole was the Head of HR for International operations at Fastly and the Chief People Officer at Thought Machine, where significant contributions were made to the company's core banking technology initiatives. Early career highlights include serving as EMEA Head of HR and Global HR Business Partner at Diligent Corporation, where Nicole played a pivotal role in scaling the workforce and executing strategic HR initiatives. Additional experience includes various HR roles at Bloomberg LP, focusing on multimedia marketing, recruitment, and talent management. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster and an undergraduate degree from Kingston University.
