Bruce Pearce

Bruce Pearce is an experienced mining professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Mine Supervisor at K+S Windsor Salt Ltd. since May 2017, Bruce oversees ramp development crews on the Horizon Project. Previous roles include Supervisor at Don Bourgeois et Fils, where Bruce managed tunnel development at Boulder Creek and Big Silver, and Supervisor at Procon Mining & Tunnelling Ltd. on a Run of the River hydroelectric project. Additionally, Bruce held the position of Mine Captain at CaNickel Mining Ltd., facilitating management team setup and production restart. Bruce's extensive experience began at Vale Inco, where a 30-year tenure involved positions from Miner to Mine Superintendent, managing production and maintenance for underground complexes.
