Carolina Peroni is a highly experienced tax professional with significant expertise in providing services to major companies across various industries, including mining, energy, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and oil and gas. Currently a Partner at KPMG Brasil since May 2006, Carolina has progressed through several roles, including Director and Senior Manager, with a strong commitment to training and developing the tax staff. Carolina's extensive background spans due diligence, financial statement tax reviews, income tax return reviews, and indirect tax procedure evaluations. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young and Consultant at Martinelli Advocacia Empresarial, complemented by foundational accounting experience as a Trainee at Banco Ficrisa Axelrud S/A and Altus Sistemas de Informática.
