Leo Wilson

Leo Wilson, CPA, CBV, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and investment banking. Currently serving as Partner & Managing Director at KPMG Canada since February 2014, Leo has held various senior positions, including Senior Vice President & Director and Vice President of Corporate Finance. Prior to KPMG, Leo was involved in investment banking at PI Financial Corp. and served as a Restructuring Professional at The Bowra Group Inc. Additional experience includes finance roles during three fixed term contracts in London, UK, and as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte Canada. Leo holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from McGill University, a Diploma in Accounting from The University of British Columbia, and professional designations in Business Valuation and Accounting from respective Canadian institutes.
