Stanley Shiah

Stanley Shiah is an experienced technology and advisory consultant currently serving as Executive Director at KPMG Canada, where expertise lies in IT Strategy and Digital Transformation. Previously, Stanley held the position of Interim Chief Information Officer at Supply Ontario, contributing to the establishment of IT and cyber strategy during the agency's inception. As Chief Information Officer and Assistant Deputy Minister for the Ontario Government from 2018 to 2020, Stanley oversaw IT solutions for various government services, managing a team of over 650 IT professionals. Prior roles include senior leadership positions at Scotiabank, focusing on digital innovation and strategic IT investments, and consulting experiences at Deloitte & Touche. Stanley began a career at IBM as a Software Developer after earning a Bachelor of Mathematics in Honours Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
