Tomas Potmesil

Tomas Potmesil is a seasoned professional in the field of Customer Experience and Strategy, currently serving as a Partner and Head of Customer & Strategy at KPMG Czech Republic since January 2023. With over a decade of experience at KPMG, Tomas has held various positions, including Director of Strategy & Growth and Captain of KPMG Discovery, while also being a member of the KPMG Global Customer Experience Center of Excellence. Tomas has expertise in advocacy, retention, and customer-led strategy, and has facilitated training on a global scale. Prior to KPMG, Tomas worked as a Project Manager at Conseille s.r.o. and as a Consultant at Deloitte. Educational qualifications include a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from SUNY New Paltz.
