Aoife Lucas

Aoife Lucas is an experienced professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as the Associate Director at KPMG Ireland since June 2019. Previously, Aoife held various roles at KPMG, including Manager and Assistant Manager, focusing on program leadership. Prior to KPMG, Aoife worked at Deloitte Ireland from September 2014 to May 2019 as a Learning and Development Consultant specializing in Audit Technical Training and as a Learning and Professional Education Coordinator. Aoife's early career includes a brief tenure as a Postgraduate Researcher at EY, where a master's research project was completed, creating a Feedback Mechanism to enhance organizational culture. Aoife's initial work experience includes a role as an Office Administrator and Sales Assistant at Eason & Son from May 2012 to July 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Sociology, and Law, both obtained from Maynooth University.
