Adriana Bellomo

Adriana Bellomo has extensive experience in the fields of learning and development and laboratory research. Currently serving as Manager of Learning and Development at Syneos Health since January 2018, Adriana's roles have evolved from Trainer Supervisor to Operational Training Manager, leading initiatives in employee education. Previous experience includes positions at Rider University as an Admissions Recruiter and various roles such as Laboratory Technician and Admissions Fellow, where Adriana provided support in research and student recruitment. Adriana's research currently focuses on the microbiology of hydrocarbons in marine environments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience from Rider University and a Master's degree in progress in Organizational Leadership at Arizona State University, with a second Master's degree in Science also underway at the same institution.
