Janis Heather

Janis Heather serves as the Director and Head of Culture & Change in HR at KPMG Ireland, a role held since April 2007, where strategic and operational HR leadership has been exemplified through management of teams focused on resourcing, culture, employee engagement, and organisational transformation. Prior to this, Janis held various positions at KPMG, including Associate Director of Human Resources and Recruitment Manager, and played a significant role in HR initiatives and coaching. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director at Capital Recruitment from June 2002 to April 2007, overseeing recruitment in diverse sectors while leading and training a team of consultants to exceed performance targets. Janis is educated with a Professional Diploma in Change Management from University College Dublin and a Bachelor in Business Studies from Technological University Dublin, bolstered by coaching and mentoring qualifications.
