Radka Chamova

Radka Chamova currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at KPMG IT Service OOD since September 2023. Previously, Radka was a Member of the Management Board at ICF Bulgaria from July 2022 to March 2024, supporting the International Coaching Federation's Bulgarian chapter. Radka held the position of Chief People & Culture Officer at Despark from July 2021 to July 2023, leading strategic initiatives related to employee engagement and development. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Atos and a People Operations Manager at Strypes, where notable achievements included contributing to a company recognized with the European Business Awards in 2019. Early career roles include Executive Coordinator at Sirma ITT and Executive Management Assistant at Johnson Controls Automotive. Radka holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and completed further education at The Business Institute and Big Ben Language School.
