Additionally, John has held leadership positions at Crow Rock Capital, BRANDON POINT INDUSTRIES, Philip Lee, Sigmoid Pharma, Malin Corporation plc, and Elan Corporation plc. John's extensive legal background includes roles as the Senior Partner and Head of M&A at Philip Lee, and as the Executive Vice-President and General Counsel at Elan Corporation plc. John has also worked at A&L Goodbody in various roles, starting as a Trainee Solicitor and working their way up to Partner and Head of M&A. John has pursued further education at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, Harvard Law School, and the Law Society of Ireland.
