Camiel van Steekelenburg

Camiel van Steekelenburg is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and financial services. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Financial Services at KPMG Nederland since June 2022, Camiel previously held senior positions at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from February 2014 to June 2022, including Global Head of DCM and Debt Syndicates. Earlier roles include Managing Director at RBS Global Banking & Markets, where Camiel led the Dutch FIG DCM, and Managing Director at SGCIB, overseeing Agencies. Camiel's career also features positions at CDC IXIS Capital Markets and Nomura, focusing on DCM in the Benelux and Nordics. Camiel obtained an academic degree in Economics from Maastricht University, having studied there from 1989 to 1995.
