Namita Kawade

Namita Kawade is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Transformation Consultant at KPMG Nederland since November 2022. In this role, Namita specializes in HR Target Operating Models, organization design, HR process design, SSC transitions, strategic workforce shaping, and HRIS implementation. Previously, Namita held the position of HR Strategy Intern in Digital Transformation at Philips Domestic Appliances, focusing on talent intelligence, development, people analytics, learning and development, and HR strategy. Earlier work experience includes a Human Resources Intern role at BizLynx® Consultancy Services, managing recruitment processes, as well as working as a Mental Health Counselor with IWill & EPsyClinic, providing virtual counseling across India.
