Niels Hofman

Niels Hofman is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and data analytics, currently serving as a Manager at KPMG Nederland since September 2016 after progressing from Senior Consultant to Consultant roles. Niels has played a pivotal role in developing the cloud-based analytics platform Sofy (SaaS) and implementing various data-driven solutions for clients, including internal control automation and risk management. Prior experience includes a Master thesis internship at A.B. Software & Consultancy focused on process improvement within ERP systems, and internships at Scania and AkzoNobel where Niels conducted research in production and inventory management. Niels holds multiple degrees in Operations and Supply Chain Management and Technology Management from esteemed institutions, including TIAS School for Business and Society and Newcastle University.
