Rick Daams

Rick Daams is a seasoned professional in the field of HR Digital Experience and Analytics, currently serving as Senior Manager at KPMG Nederland since March 2022, after previously holding the role of Manager in the same area. Prior experience includes leading HR transformations and project management at McCoy & Partners, as well as providing consulting services at EY in the People Advisory Services division. Rick began a career in consulting at Yellow Way, managing diverse assignments and leading teams of up to 15 members. Academically, Rick holds a (Pre-)Master's degree in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Facility Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences. Rick's educational background also includes a HAVO degree in Culture and Society from Dr. Knippenberg College.
