Yoran van der Hoeven

Yoran van der Hoeven is an experienced Recruitment Manager at KPMG Nederland, overseeing a team of 18 professionals in the Audit & Assurance Central Services division since May 2021. Responsibilities include coaching the team, recruiting 750 new employees annually, and developing effective recruitment strategies. Yoran's earlier experience includes talent sourcing consultancy positions at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., BDO Nederland, Lidl Nederland, and inwijs, as well as a role as an Intercedent at ING. Yoran holds a degree in Applied Psychology from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and completed VWO at Vechtstede College.
