Antoine Bernabeu

Antoine Bernabeu is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in transaction services, currently serving as KPMG Partner and Co-Head of Transaction Services in France since September 2001. In this role, Antoine assists SMEs, intermediate-sized enterprises, and investment funds with acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, divestitures, and financing projects both in France and internationally. Antoine's expertise includes due diligence, data room preparation, business plan modeling, acquisition contract review, financial impact assessment, and synergy estimation and follow-up. Prior roles include Director of Transaction Services since October 2008, where Antoine advised clients in the telecommunications, media, and technology sectors, and Manager of Audit focusing on group audits and advisory missions in the TMT sector. Antoine started the career as an Analyst at Arthur Andersen in early 2001 and holds a degree from ISC Paris, alongside qualifications as an Expert-Comptable and Commissaire aux comptes obtained in 2012.
