Christophe Bergerot

Head of Tax, Christophe represents KPMG Avocats within the KPMG Tax network. Christophe has recognized experience in corporate taxation. In this capacity, he mainly works in operational taxation, in the area of ​​mergers and acquisitions taxation, as well as in the design and implementation of tax strategies. Christophe assists and advises large French groups (CAC 40), particularly in the luxury and distribution fields, particularly with regard to their tax strategies, their litigation, as well as in the deployment of their activities internationally. He is also interested in the challenges of tomorrow linked to the digitalization of the economy both in anticipating the transformation needs of his clients and in the client-lawyer relationship.
