Léandre Troadec

Léandre Troadec is currently a Consultant in People Strategy & Transformation at KPMG France, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Léandre worked as an Analyst at Wavestone, focusing on digital transformation in the manufacturing, energy, and utilities sectors, while also contributing as a PMO for Wavestone's startup accelerator, Shake’Up. Prior experience at Galeries Lafayette involved roles as a Commercial Animator, managing weekend sales teams and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple locations. Additional roles included PMO Sales Enablement at Mirakl, where Léandre supported sales initiatives, and marketing assistant at Jacob Delafon, performing competitive studies and product presentations. Educational background includes a degree from ESSCA and a stint at Kyungpook National University.
