Stéphanie Nervegna

Stéphanie Nervegna is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and organizational transformation. Since 2021, Stéphanie has served as the Director of Talents Culture & Transformation at KPMG France, focusing on performance management and culture initiatives for 11,000 employees. Prior to this role, Stéphanie co-founded Semperviva & Blablabla, a consulting network promoting sustainable performance, and held leadership positions at Ylios and Capgemini Consulting, where responsibilities included organizational change and project management. Stéphanie's career began at Mitsui Chemicals Group and HP, culminating in a strong educational background with a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Sciences Po and a Master's in International Marketing and Communication from emlyon business school.
