Carresa Chong

Carresa Chong is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resource management. Currently serving as an Associate Director and HR Business Partner at KPMG Singapore since November 2022, Carresa focuses on driving performance and engagement through impactful people strategies. Prior to this role, Carresa held various managerial positions at PUB, Singapore's National Water Agency, where leadership in negotiating collective agreements and reviewing overtime policies was pivotal. Carresa also contributed to NCS Group as a Manager and Analyst, implementing HR analytics tools and managing comprehensive HR functions. Educated at the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Carresa has demonstrated a strong commitment to promoting a culture of continuous development within organizations.
