James Koch

James Koch is a Partner in Deal Advisory at KPMG, where they provide M&A advisory services to SEC registrants and assist private companies in their preparation for transactions. From 2010 to 2019, James served as Director and later Managing Director in Deal Advisory at KPMG. Prior to this, they gained experience as a Consultant at Capstone Advisory Group LLC and as an Auditor at Grant Thornton LLP. James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Loyola College in Maryland and an MBA from John Carroll University. They continue their education at St. Ignatius.
