Pablo Javier Capdevila

Pablo Javier Capdevila is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial regulation. Currently serving as a Director at KPMG since April 2016, Pablo focuses on developing the Financial Instruments Group in Barcelona and advising clients in the financial sector on financial instruments accounting and regulation. Previously, Pablo held a Senior Manager position at Westpac, providing financial and accounting guidance regarding term funding portfolios and hedge accounting strategies. Early in the career, Pablo accumulated diverse experience at KPMG Sydney in various managerial roles, specializing in IFRS accounting and audits, as well as managing significant clients in the banking sector. Pablo began the professional journey at KPMG Buenos Aires and also served as Manager at Citi Buenos Aires Branch. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Public Accountant degree from the University of Buenos Aires and candidacy with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
