Todd Truitt

Todd Truitt is an accomplished business and technology attorney, currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at KPMG since 2019. They have extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, and drafting various commercial and technology agreements. Todd has previously held legal positions at firms such as Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, O'Melveny & Myers LLP, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, as well as serving as Commercial and Technology Counsel at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Senior Counsel at Verizon Media. Todd began their legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California. They hold a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School and are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science at Indiana University Bloomington.
