Whitney Fountain

Whitney Fountain is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in business tax services, currently serving as a Managing Director at KPMG since March 2014, after progressing through various roles including Senior Manager and Senior Tax Associate. Prior experience includes a position as a Tax Research Specialist at The Tax Institute at H&R Block, and serving as a Staff Attorney at the University of San Diego Federal Income Tax Clinic, where representation of low-income clients in tax matters was a primary focus. Whitney's legal background is further strengthened by internships at the California Board of Equalization and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Academically, Whitney holds a Master of Laws in Taxation and a Doctor of Law from the University of San Diego School of Law, along with an undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno.
