Arjan Visser

Arjan Visser has extensive experience in credit management, primarily with KPN since January 2011. In roles such as Credit Manager B2C and Manager B2C Contract to Cash, Arjan has developed credit management policies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and retention while reducing overdue amounts for KPN's consumer, ZZP, and SoHO clients. Significant achievements include a 30% reduction in bad debt churn in 2017 compared to the previous year while overseeing customer acceptance and high consumption issues. Earlier positions at Telfort involved leading a specialist team in credit and collections, focusing on management reporting, process optimization, and analysis, alongside a foundational role as a credit and collections representative at Allegis Group. Arjan holds a Master's degree in Molecular Biology from Leiden University and completed VWO at De Lage Waard.
