Hifsa Younus

Hifsa Younus is a seasoned professional in the field of IT auditing and risk management, currently serving as a Security Risk Manager within the CISO team at KPN since December 2023. Prior to this role, Hifsa held the position of Senior IT Auditor at Ahold Delhaize from February 2023 to September 2023, and at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from January 2020 to February 2023. Hifsa gained valuable experience in risk assurance and IT audit during tenure at PwC Nederland from September 2016 to November 2019, which included a graduate internship. Hifsa began the professional journey as an Assistant Accountant at JAN© Accountants & Belastingadviseurs from February 2015 to June 2015. Educational qualifications include a Register EDP-Auditor (RE) from the University of Amsterdam - Amsterdam Business School, an MSc in Accountancy & Control, and a BSc in Economics & Business from the University of Amsterdam, alongside completing VWO in Economics and Society at Calandlyceum Amsterdam.
