Ronald Van Oostrom has been a Product Owner at KPN since October 1989, with extensive experience in applications for Bill Presentment, content management, and penetration testing. Ronald has held various roles including Process Manager and Domain Manager for IT Migration Factory, overseeing program lifecycle management and datacenter rationalization. Ronald played a key role as a Business Consultant on the migration project of large enterprise business customers from SAP to Oracle, ensuring the implementation of processes in billing, collection, and disputes. Additional project management experience includes overseeing invoicing collections for KPN's fiber billing chain, Telfort, and XS4ALL, as well as legal data retention and SEPA compliance initiatives. Outside of KPN, Ronald served as Chairman of the Overall Tournament Committee for Berkelse Badminton Vereniging PIP, organizing major tournaments in the Netherlands. Ronald holds degrees from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner and Prince2 Practitioner.
